• Communications: Information you provide when contacting us or interacting with support.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: Geolocation associated with Moments, Memories, Events, and Stories (if you choose to include it).

a. With Other Users

• Content designated as Public will be visible to all users, including non-registered visitors.
• Content designated as Shared with specific users or Shared with followers will be visible only to those permitted.

• Storage: Structured data is stored in Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL with PostGIS; media is stored in AWS S3 and DynamoDB.
• Security: We employ encryption, access controls, and in-memory caching (e.g., Redis) to safeguard data.
• Retention: We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
• No Absolute Security: We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, or data loss will never occur.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access and Portability: Request a copy of your data.
• Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account or content.
